Frances Hodgson Burnett

Looking for books written by Frances Hodgson Burnett, I realized she hasn’t written that much that still hangs around. Even if Little Lord Fountleroy and A Little Princess are pretty soppy books, The Secret Garden is certainly her masterpiece. And if you write ONE masterpiece in your life, whatever else you do will never compare. But is it important? The Secret Garden worth anything. It might be a bit soppy at some points, but it’s about learning lo live, and learn it by yourself.

I suddenly came across different titles written by her that I’ve never seen in my life before, but I still think about her masterpiece…

Something else completely: while checking on new agendas I decided I want to make my own agenda/calendar for next year, with photos and sayings. So, if I want that, I should start as soon as possible…
